There are lots of bug in Arifureta set, some cards not registered having soul trigger , wrong name on cx / some cards, and some mechanics are wrong programmed. Too many bugs on the set

This always happens when everyone begs for a set then nobody actually bothers to test it in the pre-release.

Hi, could you add Love Live SIF 10th Anniversary and Love Live SIF 2 to the game? Really want to try the cards with my buddy since it is coming to English. Thanks.

I keep geting wreck by the A.I. can somebody recommend me a good deck to use. I cant seem to play my high level cards before i die. Is 22 level 3 too much my deck revolves revealing a level 1 or higher. Can I play less then 8 CX cards it keeps being buried in the area on the left hand side. Thanks any help is appreciated 🙏.  

Why don't you try the deck in the simulator?

22 level 3s are too much because it probably means you will won't have much to play mid game (level 1 and 2) and build any stock to play those 3s. Deck builds can vary for different strategies but typically for any deck, even those that revolve around revealing level 1s or higher, will run 17-20 level 0s, 8-12 level 1s and level 2s and 3s are dependent on your late-game plan (most of the time your cxcombo cards).

You can definitely play with less than 8 cxs but I assume you would lose more games without 8 cxs in your deck for alot of reasons, obvious ones are less cx combos and less damage getting cancelled which means you lose faster. What you can do to help get cx cards out of your left hand side(stock) is to pay them out with card abilities that cost you left hand side cards to play before they get too deep into the pile. 

Thanks to different cxs, they're many good decks with different strategies you can try out, the one I've been playing alot in sim and locals is 12 standby Tokyo Revengers. Tonnes of fun and really good to play thanks to fast board set-ups and great finisher.

This is the first time I've heard of this problem, but I would try downloading it on another device, then transferring it over manually through a flash drive or other means.

Hello, I encountered an issue today while playing against VS computer. The NPC completed the clock draw and ended the game even though it was at level 3, 6 clock.

I understand that this might be technically allowed by the rules, but it is not a move a regular player would make. Is it possible to adjust the behavior of the NPC so that it does not perform this action

OMG, do something about the AI. I cannot win no matter why. When I check, there's always a climax card in the opponent's deck so I can barely do damage... I was level 2 and the pc was level 3 with 4 cards in the clock, I attacked 2 consecutive turns with 3 attackers and got no damage, yet the pc managed to win me because I can't get a climax in the checks never...
This is not the first time, this has happened always and it's frustrating me, since I'm just starting...

Get good scrub. Eventually you will win.

A good deck for beginners might be a Hololive deck using the Marine level 3 climax combo any level 1 climax combo (I recommend Korone or Pekora).  In most decks you'll want between 16 and 22 level 0 characters.  Make sure to run 4 copies of a character with the Brainstorm ability or similar to replenish your hand by spending stock.  It's also important to have a card with the potential to add climaxes to your hand either by drawing cards or exchanging one climax for another so you can use your level 1 climax combo as many times as possible.  For most decks, level 2 characters aren't super useful, so unless you're playing with a specific strategy in mind, I don't recommend using more than 4 level 2 characters (not including backup).  I generally play with 8-10 level 3 characters, and the rest are level 1.   Try to keep your deck to 1 or 2 colors (not counting level 0 characters) as more colors means you'll be more likely to be locked out of playing certain characters.  Almost all decks play a level 3 climax combo that deals damage as a "finisher", you'll want to run 4 copies of whatever finisher you choose.  Don't try to play standby as your first deck (the red trigger icon climax that looks like a power symbol). 

As for how to win, it's important to pay attention to where your and your opponent's climaxes are.  If your opponent doesn't have a lot of climax left in deck that's a good time to play a climax for extra soul.  If you have climaxes in your stock or multiple in your hand, try to get them into the waiting room before you refresh.  When most of your climax are in waiting room, but you still have a lot of cards in deck, you need to do everything you can to mill your deck or refresh with an ability or you're in for a world of hurt.  Stock is a very important resource, so don't use "Encore 3" unless you absolutely need to, and never use it on your own turn.  If you know your opponent has too many climax in deck for you to deal damage, there are certain abilities to deal with that, these include the infamous stock swap ability or cards that do something when damage is canceled.

As for beating the computer, the Persona AI should be the easiest since it's an old deck and the AI hasn't been updated in years.  Axis Church is a weird deck that's designed to be annoying and most people don't play like that.  The Emilia AI is probably the most normal and least aggressive deck, but it's also the best at managing its climaxes.  Its weakness is that it's not good at beating characters with 8500 or more power before level 2, it's also weak to backup cards with the ability to remove characters whose level is greater than your opponent's level.  To avoid the soul reduction effect the turn after they've played their level 3 climax combo, you can use a card with an ability that "flickers" (puts the opponent's character into memory then returns it), or downgrades (forces the opponent to exchange their character with a weaker one in their waiting room).  The Mushoku AI is using a deck that's actually quite overpowered.  A good way to beat it is using cards that kill characters whose level is greater than your opponent's level or specifically kill level 1 characters.  Also if you go first it will almost always kill your character using Rudeus unless you have an extra character.  I'm not sure what to say about Shion Aqua deck, sometimes it has 1000 IQ moves, sometimes it just throws away the cards it needs.

Hello, love the App, but was wondering when Arifureta (either JP or EN) will be added to the Sim? You state all EN sets are added, but you are missing Arifureta and now Guilty Gear.

Guilty Gear is currently in testing.

I could not download this game on google pixel 7 since it can only download games that are 64 bit, is there ever going to be a 64-bit version

It is 64 bit for Windows, this version is not mobile friendly since you need to be able to scroll with the mouse.  I would recommend the Android version, though it has far fewer series available and only has vs computer and vs self mode.

I tried to play that version but it didn't work since my phone can only install and run 64 bit apk's and the android apk of this game is a 32 bit apk

i had been having fun playing using this sim for a while, and this sim help me a lot to research some deck that mostly use in the WGP tournament in my country mostly to understand the mechanic of chainsawman, slime and dengeki bunko. but there is some issue while im using this sim is that there is some card or rather a set that in some tittle is missing, like in the gochiusa or Is the Order a Rabbit set, there is no re:edit set and in project diva, there is no extra booster set. because of this some important card that is needed in the set like the Riki or self damaging card and sing for you finisher in gochiusa, and the broken card in project diva  isn't there, the deck or tittle is not at their max potential. so please check again some tittle and add the missing set that haven't been added for the better update of this sim!! and please for the next update please add heaven burns red, oshi no ko, project sekai and alice gear aegis tittle to this sim (^O^)

Each card has to be programmed individually.  They will eventually all be added.

You should try downloading it on another computer, then use a flash drive or google drive to transfer it to the device you want to play on.

Hi,may I ask a question : is there a SpecialEffect that my character in the center stage can attack opponent's character which is in the opponent's centerstage, but not facing ? ( SKR/S73-096 in the "Sakura Wars" )

Oh no. Is that a thing?  No that isn't possible.  You can have a character "intercept" a frontal attack, but it won't work for this.

Any plans on adding the purple color from puyo puyo?

No, and here's why.

The 2 Purple Puyo cards serve no purpose as they are banned in standard format and within the Puyo series there are no cards that count the number of colors you have, and the cards themselves have no special abilities.  So it doesn't make much sense to modify the game just to play a card whose only purpose is to handycap the user.

Can I edit the A.I decks and play with the edited deck?

You can edit the deck the AI plays, but it will be reset the next time you open the game.  The AI only knows how to use the cards it's programmed to use, (it can't read).

If you want to play with a modified AI deck, just load the AI deck in the editor, then save as under a different name.

About 4 months ago, I asked you to solve the problem of Korean letters not being displayed. You said that this problem will be solved in the next version, but in V0.5.0, and earlier versions, the Korean letters are still not displayed. (The same goes for Japanese as I've tried.)

Since then, I've done a lot of research at Unity and I think you're using Dynamic Font from TextMeshPro. When using this, I found out that a similar phenomenon occurs when the size of the atlas is small.

The main character of Korean letters is about 2,350 characters. In other words, the width and height of the atlas must be large enough. (Based on sampling point size 64, 4096*2048 is a little short in theory, but this is actually enough.)

I don't think some Korean users, including myself, are the main target of your work, but I don't think this modification will be that difficult and it won't affect other areas of the program too much. I would really appreciate it if you could show me a favor to correct this.

Hmm. The letters display on my end if I put it into the card data file.  The problem I had fixed before was the font was explicitly defining every unknown letter as a "?" and since it had a definition the fallback to a compatible font wouldn't occur.   The fallback font for each character depends on what letters are present, so perhaps whatever is replacing the text is resolving after the TextMeshPro decides which font to use?

The first one is a screenshot of what happens within the real game. As you said, it's not that the Korean letters are not completely displayed. However, this problem occurs because Korean letters use so many different kinds of letters.



The second is a representation of the same phenomenon in Unity. When compared to the Inspector on the right, you can see that some of the text is not displayed the same as what happened in the game.




The third is also a screenshot of Unity. This is what happened when Atlas in the TMP Font Asset was dynamically created. The 1024*1024 at 90point is very insufficient to express Korean text.

In the second and third screenshots, it's my guess to include English and symbols in front of them. I'm not sure if the Fallback font actually includes those as well.




This is the last image. I think this setting is a problem. Maybe you're using similar figures and because this is a size that's quite insufficient for Korean letters, you need to increase the width or height, or decrease the padding or point size. (Maybe it'll be a problem if you reduce the padding or point size too much.)

The Magia Record set is missing the "Reunion on the Bridge, Iroha" MR/W80-E101 card idk if this is considered a bug so I report it here anyway

Hi, I know it is not a priority, but have you considered using SBTCG images of cards (if permission is given ofc). They have a decent quality English scans on their website and I have noticed there is a mix up of images being used in the simulator, ranging from JP to EN, JKTCG, official WS with watermark. I understand it is a lot of work, but my OCD would be grateful if there will be more consistency.

Hi I noticed that there is a Luna - Marine AI being added to AI list yet there is no deck for it. Would you have any future developments for that?

I was initially making that as the new deck, but ended up changing it because the shion aqua deck required fewer new features.  I could eventually go back to the marine deck, but this one already took at least 20 hours of work to make.

Not anytime soon.  We've had a lot of difficulty with that.

In the BanG Dream! GBP 5th Anniversary set (W95) many of the characters have three characteristics, instead of two (Anniversary, Music, and [Band Name]). However, the simulator only recognizes two of the three characteristics, usually cutting out the [Band Name] characteristic which changes interactions between some of the cards in the older sets. Is that a special ruling for this set, or is it something that needs to be adjusted?

There seem to be 6 cards that are missing a trait.  I'll let the Bang Dream programmer know about it.
